The demand for highly productive partners for increasingly complex software and process developments is growing on a continuous basis – globally and across different sectors. TECOSIM responded to the demand at an early stage by setting up its Software Development Business Unit to complement its existing engineering and CAE range.
Everything from a single supplier
The company encompasses all services within its Software Development Business Unit, thus allowing IT projects to be implemented swiftly to a high quality standard. "The starting point is a legal unit jointly initiated with our clients," explains TECOSIM Board Member Udo Jankowski. "This Offshore Development Center (ODC) enables the client to be fully involved in all phases of the software development process."
Services include provision of the required infrastructure, such as offices, dedicated data lines, hardware and software, the selection of qualified employees and the formation of entire project teams. The development process remains transparent for the client at all times, he can implement coordination and control of the whole project directly or with a project manager.
"The special partnership remains in place throughout the entire project," Jankowski stresses. "A direct contact person, in their own language if they so wish, and our self-initiated Buddy programme on site also guarantee this is the case." This promotes and simplifies cultural interaction and cooperation by eliminating language and communication barriers.
