Our two multi-stage personal development concepts SIM|START and SIM|AHEAD take into account the individual strengths and wishes of each individual employee.
SIM|START assists new employees on a technical and personal level during their first two years through personalised training measures. We thus prepare new team members with training based on their duties and the next stage in their career.
SIM|AHEAD follows on from this programme and is geared towards structured development of key personal and technical skills. An internal career coach also gives advice and support to new managers during their first six months.
