Your employment with us starts with a two-week welcome training programme, during which you become familiar with the company, its managers and your future duties.
This is followed by the company’s SIM|START personal development concept for all employees. Several training and coaching blocks allow us to assist you and guide you to the next stage of your career and to your next post.
A mentor will also give you advice and support during your first six months. They help you to become part of the company and assist you with familiarisation and orientation. It is our aim that you quickly take on responsibility and carry out increasingly complex projects.
